PINC: Everything You Need to Know

On Thursday, December 7 you will be joining a wide-ranging group of individuals for the return of the PINC Experience!

We're honored that you are sharing this year's inspiring journey with us. With the support of some incredible partners and the hard work of a dedicated team, this year's PINC is sure to be an unforgettable experience.

Read below for important information that will prepare you for the day of, so that you know what to expect!

HOW TO PLAN YOUR DAY

PINC is an ALL-DAY event. It’s not the type of event you come in and out of; you get the most by being there, present for all of it. There are surprises and delights woven throughout, so we advise all attendees to plan on being there for the whole day to truly experience the magic of PINC.

Arrival: The Sarasota Opera House

Plan your journey to be at the Sarasota Opera House anytime after 8am and ensure you allow adequate time for parking (at least 10-15 minutes).

Parking: Palm Avenue Parking Garage

Please park in the Palm Avenue parking garage, located directly behind the Sarasota Opera House. Thanks to the City of Sarasota, all day parking is available in the Palm Avenue garage for $5. You can take the stairs or the elevator down, then walk out the back towards the Opera House.

Format for the Day

We often get asked for the order of talks. You will receive the exact lineup of speakers the morning you arrive at PINC. This will be printed on your badge and in the program book. We can share the following in advance so you can plan accordingly.

PINC begins at 9am sharp. The day will be divided into 4 segments, with breaks in-between. Here's a high-level agenda so you know what to expect:

Registration & Breakfast: 8am - 9am

Track 1: 9am - 10:45am

~ 30 minute break ~

Track 2: 11:15am - 1pm

~ 1 hour lunch ~

Track 3: 2pm - 3:40pm

~ 30 minute break ~

Track 4: 4:10pm - 6:00pm

6pm - 7pm

Afterparty - 7pm onwards

PINC doesn’t end when the last speaker leaves the stage. Take your experience to new heights at our exclusive PINC Afterparty on the chic pool deck of the Sarasota Modern Hotel.

Featuring a live DJ and custom cocktails, this is your opportunity to party with the brilliant minds of PINC. Bring your PINC badge for entry.

Don’t Forget! - The PINC Book Exchange

Step 1 - Grab a book

Each year we ask each PINC attendee to bring a book that holds some significance to them.

It could be a favorite book, one you just read, something you feel offers an impactful perspective...anything you're willing to part with!

Step 2 - Inscribe it

Write a little message as to why you’re sharing the book, or what it means to you.

We also ask that you sign off with your name and email address (feel free to include more information, if you wish!). Getting a gift from someone becomes all the more rewarding when you know who it's from.
